Connect online payments
Let customers pay invoices by card so you get paid faster.
Before you start
- You're the Owner — payment setup is Owner-only.
Crewato uses Stripe to take card payments. Money goes to your own Stripe account and then your bank — Crewato never holds your funds.
Connect your account
- 1Go to Settings → Payments.
- 2Click Connect Stripe. You'll go to Stripe's secure setup to enter your business details, verify your identity, and add a bank account (about 5 minutes).
- 3When you finish, Stripe returns you to Crewato. The page shows Card payments and Payouts to bank as Enabled once you're approved.
Note · If Stripe still needs more details, the page shows Onboarding incomplete with a Continue onboarding button — click it to pick up where you left off.
Getting paid
Once connected, every invoice you send includes a Pay link. Payments land in your Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe's usual schedule. Manage payouts and bank details anytime via Manage on Stripe on the Payments page.
Note · Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card transaction. Crewato adds no fee on top.
