Schedule and dispatch jobs on the calendar
Drag jobs onto a calendar and assign them to your crew.
Before you start
- The calendar is a Pro feature.
- You have work orders to schedule.
Note · The calendar is part of Pro. On the free Solo plan you can still schedule a job by setting its date directly on the work order.
Open Calendar in the left menu — it's your dispatch board for seeing and arranging everyone's jobs.
Views
- Week and Day — time-grid layouts.
- Dispatch — one column per technician for the day.
- Month — job chips per day.
Schedule and reschedule
- 1Drag a job from the unscheduled sidebar onto a day and time, or drag an existing job to a new slot. Times snap to 30 minutes.
- 2Drag the bottom edge of a job to change how long it takes.
Assign your crew
On the Dispatch board, drop a job onto a technician's column to assign it to them. Or click any job to open its panel, where you can tick multiple technicians, and Call, Email, or Text the customer. Use the technician filter (All / My calendar / a name / Unassigned) to focus the view.
Tip · Out-of-hours slots and time off are shaded. Dropping a job into unavailable time shows a soft warning but never blocks you.
