Build a price list with the catalog

The catalog is your reusable price list. Save the products and services you sell once, then drop them onto quotes and work orders instead of re-typing them every time.

Add a catalog item

   In the left menu, click Catalog, then New item.

   Kind (required)What type of item it is — e.g. Labor or Material.

   Name (required)What it's called, plus a default price.

   Optionally set a default cost (your cost, for profit tracking) and a tax group. Click Create item.

Use it on a quote or work order

When you add a line item, pick from your catalog to fill in the description and price automatically — you can still adjust them for that job.
