Take online booking requests

Crewato gives you a public booking page customers can use to request work. Their requests land in your Requests inbox for you to confirm.

Turn on booking

   Go to Settings → Booking.

   Tick Accept online booking requests.

   Optionally add an intro message, list the services customers can choose (one per line), and an email to send new-request alerts to (blank uses the Owner's email).

   Click Save booking settings.

Share your link

Copy your booking link — it looks like yoursite.com/book/your-business — from the top of the page and share it on your website, Google profile, and social media. Customers pick a service, describe the job, and leave their contact details and a preferred time.

Handle a request

   Open the Requests inbox in the left menu (it shows a count of new requests).

   Open a request and choose what to do: Start an assessment, create a Work order, create a Quote, or Decline. Crewato matches an existing customer by email or phone, or creates a new one.
